We provide information about selling static caravans and may offer trade valuations. A valuation or online enquiry is not a binding contract to buy or sell. Any purchase is subject to separate written terms agreed between the parties.
3. No obligation valuations
Requests for valuation are free and without obligation. Offers, if made, are subject to verification of ownership, condition, access, park permissions and other factors we explain during the process.
4. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate details about yourself and your caravan. We may decline or withdraw an offer if information is incomplete or misleading.
5. Website content
Content is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or up to date. Example reviews or testimonials marked as such are for design purposes until replaced with verified feedback.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, submitting malicious content, or using it for unlawful purposes).
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under English or Welsh law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Valuation figures are indicative until confirmed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
